We invite you all to an introductory session in the magical world of freediving! Discover the Underwater World by freediving, a form of underwater diving that requires one to hold their breath until coming to the surface. Freediving has evolved into an underwater pastime for those who enjoy the water, underwater photography, fishing, and for those who love adrenaline sports. On Saturday the 3rd of October there will be a free taster session with Pavlos Kourtellas, a certified AIDA Freediving Instructor, freediving athlete and the National Record holder of Cyprus. During the session you will learn about the freediving theory and practices, as well as how to practice apnea techniques and train your lungs for freediving. For this session you will need to bring only your YOGA mat and your good vibes at the ACROPOLIS PARK in Strovolos. If you decide you want to participate in the whole experience, you can continue to a full practice and dive on Sunday the 4th of October in THE UNDERWATER SCULPTURE PARK IN PROTARAS under the instructions of Pavlos Kourtellas and his assistant at a discounted price of 15 euros/per person. Participants must be over the age of 16. Participants for the full session (Saturday and Sunday) must inform as soon as possible due to limited places. Looking forward freediving with you all!

Вроде написано что обучение вводное типа теории (видимо в парке, просят брать коврик для йоги), а на следующий день кто захочет ныряние с инструктором в подводном парке скульптур за 15 евро (это со скидкой учитывая тех кто посетил теорию)
