QA Manual
Ищу опытного ручного тестировщика на Кипре (Офис) или в любой другой стране на удаленный формат работы.
Команда: Разработчики и тестировщики, подключение на этапе обсуждения требований и задач.
О проекте: Свежий проект по автоматизации, активно развивающиеся тестовые инструменты, изменяющаяся логика на бэкенде. Продукт уже в продакшене.
Чем предстоит заниматься:
Ручное тестирование веб- и/или мобильных приложений
Составление тест-кейсов, чек-листов, баг-репортов
Верификация багов, ретест после фиксов
Взаимодействие с разработчиками и продуктовой командой
Участие в планировании тестирования и улучшении QA-процессов
Какие навыки нужны:
Опыт в QA от 2 лет (веб или мобильные проекты)
Умение грамотно описывать баги (Jira, YouTrack)

- умение писать и анализировать SQL-запросы для помощи разработчикам, а также для анализа при проблемах с производительностью
- самостоятельный поиск и устранение узких мест
- тюнинг серверов баз данных по результатам таких исследований
- умение пользоваться mysqltuner, анализировать его вывод и применять на практике полученную информацию
- умение пользоваться соответствующими инструментами для профилирования и анализа запросов (explain, PMM, etc)

Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Оптимизация платежных процессов для повышения операционной эффективности и удобства пользователей.
- Анализ платежных транзакций, выявление закономерностей, определение точек роста и оптимизация approval rate.
- Разработка и внедрение каскадных стратегий для повышения успешности платежей.
- Настройка и корректировка технических параметров платежных систем, обеспечение бесперебойной работы процессов.
- Анализ текущего покрытия платформы с точки зрения локальных платежных методов и предложение улучшений.
- Взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами для выстраивания эффективных платежных процессов.
- Поиск и подключение новых локальных платежных методов.
- Мониторинг рынка платежей и анализ новых технологий (например, Click to Pay, Pix Automático и др.).
Что мы ожидаем от тебя:
- Опыт работы в области обработки платежей, эквайринга или аналогичной роли.
- Отличное понимание финансовых систем и платежных платформ, знание платежных шлюзов, сверки транзакций и отчетности.
- Глубокое понимание методов обработки платежей (банковские карты, электронные кошельки, банковские переводы и другие популярные способы оплаты).
- Развитые аналитические способности и умение работать с платежными данными.
- Опыт в принятии технических решений, связанных с обработкой платежей.
Будет плюсом:
- Степень бакалавра в сфере финансов, информационных технологий, бизнес-анализа или смежных дисциплин.
- Опыт работы в финтех-проектах, Forex или схожих сферах.
