Key Responsibilities
 
Corporate Governance and Compliance:

Tax Advisory:

Для чего:
— Анализ маркетинговых активностей, оценка их эффективности и рекомендации по оптимизации, работа с большими объемами данных, включая их сбор, обработку и анализ с использованием Python и SQL.

Чего мы ждем:
— Опыт работы в маркетинговом анализе или бизнес-аналитике от 3-х лет;
— Глубокие знания Python и SQL для работы с данными;
— Хорошие знания теории вероятностей и статистики;
— Понимание того, как спроектировать A/B тест и оценить его результаты;
— Понимание маркетинговых метрик, таких как CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, ROAS;
— Понимание работы атрибуции мобильных и веб-приложений;
— Аналитическое мышление и способность выявлять важные тренды и закономерности в данных;
— Опыт работы с финтех-данными будет значительным преимуществом;
— Будет плюсом опыт работы с настройками и интеграциями в Google Ads, Facebook Ads или других рекламных сетях.

Position: Property Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Employment Type: Full-Time (New position)
Responsibilities:
• Manage the rental of office and residential units (contracts, move-in/move-out)
• Coordinate with property management companies (SLA, service requests, reporting)
• Oversee contractors (repairs, engineering systems)
• Handle financial tasks (budget, payments, invoicing)
• Maintain tenant relations, resolve incidents and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience (preferably in Cyprus)
• Fluency in English and Russian (Greek is a plus)
• Technical background and basic engineering knowledge (preferred)
• Familiarity with the local market, valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship (preferred)
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
