- выявление гипотез
- проведение А/Б тестов и анализ их результатов
- контроль продуктовых метрик
- сбор и анализ пользовательского опыта (CustDev, мониторинг обращений в службу поддержки, опросы пользователей на сайте)

- приоритезация беклога
- планирование спринтов/кварталов/годовое планирование
- составление задач для разработчиков и последующий процесс контроля их выполнения (груминг, контроль сроков, продуктовая приемка)
- выполнение функций Project Manager (выстраивание процессов внутри команды, налаживание коммуникации между департаментами/командами, проведение дейликов, ретроспектив)

- работа с требованиями: анализ, сбор, написание документации (BRD/user story, use case/функциональные/нефункциональные требования)
- подготовка прототипов/мокапов в Miro, Figma, FigmaJam

- работа с UI/UX design по интерфейсам для пользователей
- разработка платформы с нуля
- разработка фичей (флоу) продукта как с точки зрения пользовательской части, так и с точки зрения бекофиса
