We are searching for a Back Office Manager to join our team based in Limassol, Cyprus.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
− Processing Cleints’ transactions;
− Updating clients records;

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Полное юридическое сопровождение сопровождения проектов компании;
Работа с лицензиями и сертификатами;
Работа с банками - подготовка контрактов под платежи и обоснование;
Правовая экспертиза документов и договоров;
Умение разбираться в структурах компаний;
Письменное и устное консультирование по вопросам налогообложения;
Минимизация правовых и налоговых рисков юридических лиц.

Что ожидаем:

Высшее юридическое образование;
Опыт в igaming или схожей сфере обязателен;
От 5 лет опыта работы;
Опыт открытия компаний;
Опыт получения лицензий;
Понимание основ бухгалтерского и налогового учета;
Умение работать с большими объёмом информации;
Выполнять поставленные задачи в сжатые сроки;
Способность находить и предлагать разные варианты решений;
Знание корпоративных структур в разных странах, интеллектуальной собственности;
Способность находить, анализировать и готовить документы, давать обоснованные ответы;
Стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, высокая работоспособность и хорошие аналитические навыки.
