Project Manager с 2+летним опытом ведения проектов веб-разработки в разных сферах: легкая и тяжелая промышленность, государственное образование, бьюти-индустрия, медицина, агро-промышленность.
Имею опыт работы в аутсорс-командах и in-house. Управляла как командами среднего размера, так и совсем маленькими (а-ля 1 разработчик и 1 дизайнер). Есть опыт выполнения продуктовых задач. Питаю интерес к техническим подробностям и действительно погружаюсь в проекты. Учу Python.
В идеале хочу попасть в продуктовую разработку, с возможностью иметь большую команду для реализации сложных задач.
Управляла кросс-функциональными распределенными командами разного размера (от 3 до 12 человек). Смогла повысить производительность этих команд (в сравнении с количеством закрытых задач за период до моего прихода) и успешно довести проекты до релиза за счет грамотного распределения нагрузки в командах, систематизации и оптимизации процессов.
