Senior Email Marketing Manager | Paphos, Cyprus | Hybrid

inDrive is a global tech company developing a mobile application used in 48 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy, optimize the user funnel, and launch impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy (lifecycle management, segmentation, retention)
- Analyze the user funnel, test hypotheses, and improve conversion rates
- Manage product marketing and launch campaigns for new features
- Work with analytics, market research, and user databases
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams

Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience in CRM & Product Marketing
- Strong knowledge of database segmentation and analytics
- Experience with CJM and product analytics
- Understanding of marketing tools and automation
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (preferably in fast-paced tech companies)
- Experience with Exponia (Bloomreach)
