We are looking for a Talent Sourcer/Research Specialist who is skilled in using the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent globally.
You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for a variety of positions. What you need to have
● 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition;
● Proven experience with technical recruiting, including sourcing for software engineer roles;
● Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean search and advanced search techniques;
● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools;
