Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records in ESOFT in accordance with IFRS standards for a portfolio of Cyprus-based companies.
- Assist with preparation of Management Accounts, P&L Statements, and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Perform treasury functions and bank reconciliations.
- Handle customer reconciliations.
- Issue invoices and receipts.
- Maintain and update various registers and forms.
- Organize and manage document filing.
- Calculate payroll taxes, including salary taxes and contributions.
- Prepare and file VAT/VIES/OSS Returns and Personal Income Tax Returns (IR1).
- Complete filings for IR603, IR614, IR7, and support verification of IR4 returns.
- Provide assistance with Cyprus tax-related matters and administration.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual external and internal audits.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards.
- ACCA/ACA qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Russian; Greek is a significant advantage.
- Solid experience with ESOFT software.
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative; a collaborative team player.
