Сейчас мы находимся в поиске User Acquisition Manager, который подхватит наши рекламные кампании, погрузится в продукт и привнесет свою экспертизу!

Чем предстоит заниматься:
• Запускать рекламные кампании в Meta Ads, Google Ads, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads, TikTok Ads, Adjoe, как самостоятельно, так и с помощью подрядчиков
• Работать с трекерами мобильной атрибуции: Appmetrica
• Настраивать, анализировать рекламные кампании и оптимизировать их под установленные KPI
• Разрабатывать креативную стратегию для UA и тестировать креативы
• Тестировать гипотезы и внедрять новые решения;
• Искать и реализовывать новые стратегии для привлечения трафика
• Анализировать конкурентов и тренды рынка

Что мы ждем от нового человека:
• Опыт закупки трафика для мобильных приложений от 3 лет
• Успешный опыт закупки трафика с In-app сеток (Unity, Mintegral, Ironsource, Vungle, Applovin и тд)
• Опыт работы с большими бюджетами (от 100к$ в месяц)

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically with Technology teams is essential
- Extensive experience working in fast-paced, fast-growing IT companies
- In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into HR strategies, analyze data, and provide consultancy as needed
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- A mature specialist capable of leading discussions at a partner level with top management
- High level of independence and self-management
- Fluency in English is essential

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features, ensuring the quality of the code, and leading the development team in the future. The ideal candidate should have excellent coding skills, experience with modern frontend frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop new features.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the implementation of UI/UX design.
