На данный момент ищем Личного ассистента для СЕО компании.

Задачи:
- организационная/административная поддержка руководителя (встречи, поездки, подрядчики, -налоговые/юридические/финансовые службы, небольшие проекты);
- тайм-менеджмент (календарь руководителя);
информационная поддержка (поиск необходимой информации, аналитические и справочные материалы, подготовка презентаций);
- офис-менеджмент (обеспечение офиса, управление подрядчиками, тревел, участие в подготовке различных мероприятий);
- организация документооборота и КДП на 25-30 человек.

Тебе пригодиться:
- опыт работы на схожих позициях (личный помощник, ассистент, офис-менеджер и др.) от 3 лет;
- опыт в гугл-сервисах (календарь, Meet, диск, таблицы, документы, презентации)
- навыки работы в Asana или другом таск-трекере;
- грамотная устная и письменная речь;
- хороший уровень владения английским (Upper-Intermediate и выше);
- знание греческого или желание его учить;
- опыт работы через подрядчиков (поиск, оценка, документооборот, и тд).
