Задачи:
Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж:
- Создание и внедрение комплексной стратегии продаж для всех продуктов компании, включая инвестиционные решения, майнинг, транзакционные услуги, товары для майнинга, а также листинг на платформе;
- Оптимизация структуры продаж с учетом особенностей каждого направления и рынка;
- Адаптация стратегии продаж к изменениям в криптоиндустрии и правовом регулировании.

Управление командой продаж:
- Эффективное руководство командой продаж, включающей более 15 сотрудников, в том числе специалистов по продажам, региональных менеджеров и партнеров;
- Постановка целей и задач для каждого отдела и уровня команды, мониторинг их выполнения;
- Мотивация и развитие команды через обучение, программы поощрения и создание позитивной рабочей атмосферы;
- Регулярные совещания и координация работы между различными подразделениями продаж и смежными подразделениями.
- Работа с существующими рынками и клиентами:
- Разработка стратегии удержания клиентов и увеличения доли на существующих рынках, включая услуги майнинга и листинг на платформе;
- Управление ключевыми клиентами и партнерами, обеспечение высокого уровня удовлетворенности и долгосрочных отношений;
- Поддержка работы с клиентами на уровне региональных и национальных менеджеров, координация с другими отделами.

Что важно учесть:
- Опыт работы в сфере FinTech продаж от 7 лет, включая опыт на руководящих позициях в криптоиндустрии от 4 лет. Знание основных стратегий и тактик продаж, а также умение применять их на практике;
- Способность эффективно руководить и мотивировать команду продаж. Опыт в управлении и развитии подчиненных, способность вдохновлять и управлять изменениями;
- Отличные навыки общения, как внутри компании, так и с клиентами. Умение устанавливать долгосрочные отношения и вести переговоры на разных уровнях;
- Умение анализировать данные о продажах и рыночных трендах для принятия обоснованных решений. Навыки работы с аналитикой и статистикой;
- Способность разрабатывать долгосрочные стратегии продаж, выявлять рыночные возможности и риски, а также адаптировать стратегии к изменяющейся ситуации;
- Доказанный опыт достижения целей продаж, превышение установленных показателей и умение работать в условиях конкуренции;
- Понимание специфики рынка, на котором действует компания, знание конкурентной среды и особенностей клиентских потребностей;
- Знание современных инструментов и технологий в области продаж, включая CRM-системы, аналитические инструменты и другие соответствующие технологии;
- Высшее образование, желательно в области Менеджмента, Маркетинга, Экономики;
- Умение разрабатывать бюджеты, планировать ресурсы, управлять проектами и организовывать работу команды;
- Способность адаптироваться к изменяющимся обстоятельствам, быстро принимать решения и реагировать на новые требования рынка;
- Положительный настрой и энергичность: оптимизм, энтузиазм и энергия, необходимые для мотивации команды и достижения целей;
- Отсутствие проблем с получением виз / въездом в Европу, Великобританию, США, Латинскую Америку.
- Свободный английский (C1).
