Обязанности:

— Мониторинг и анализ подозрительной активности в партнерских и реферальных программах;
— Организация взаимодействия с иными подразделениями компании для получения данных, необходимых для проведения расследований;
— Быстрое реагирование на фрод-инциденты, выявление причин их возникновения, выработка правил/процедур для их предотвращения;
— Менеджмент команды аналитик: найм новых сотрудников, развитие и обучение, обеспечение мотивации и вовлеченности сотрудников;
— Участие в автоматизации процессов, связанных с выявлением подозрительных операций;
— Составление внутренних нормативных документов по данному направлению;
— Организация общего рабочего процесса, приоритезация задач, контроль качества и сроков задач.

Требования:

— Опыт работы от 6 лет;
— Опыт управления командой и наличие управленческих навыков;
— Продвинутое владение Excel;
— Уверенное владение SQL (мы работаем с Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
— Опыт работы в BI-системах;
— Навыки презентации, умение донести бизнесу сложную мысль простыми словами;
— Умение соблюдать субординацию, но с другой стороны настаивать на своем, обладать развитыми soft-skills: будет много коммуникации с руководством компании;
— Английский язык - Intermediate (более высокий уровень будет преимуществом).
