Разработка и реализация стратегии клиентской поддержки 2. Обеспечение своевременной и качественной обратной связи клиентам 3. Настройка каналов и технических методов обеспечения клиентской поддержки (live-chat, zendesk, мессенджеры) 4. Управление и координация команды техподдержки 5. Мониторинг и улучшение показателей качества обслуживания 6. Оптимизация процессов взаимодействия с клиентами 7. Разработка и внедрение стандартов обслуживания клиентов (наполнение документации в Confluence) 8. Работа с жалобами и сложными запросами от игроков 9. Анализ данных по работе службы поддержки и предоставление отчетов 10. Обучение и развитие сотрудников команды поддержки 11. Взаимодействие с другими отделами для решения клиентских вопросов 12. Взаимодействие с отделом Development для оптимизации инструментов, необходимых для осуществления качественной клиентской поддержки и по Finance processing head 1. Управление процессами платежей 2.
