🔎Чем предстоит заниматься:
-Поиск брокеров по недвижимости и др.специалистов в сфере недвиимости
-Организация, проведение скринингов и интервью, участие в оценке кандидатов; построение рекрутинговых стратегий, исследование новых рынков и источников поиска;
-Формирование и ведение базы кандидатов;
-Консультирование менеджмента касаемо ситуации на рынке труда и зарплатных пожеланий соискателей;

😎Кого мы ищем
- Опыт в ИТ-рекрутменте от 2-х лет
-Умение работать с разными источниками и способами поиска: от джоб-бордов до узконаправленных каналов в телеграм, X-Ray, Boolean Search и т.д.;
- Способность выстраивать доверительную коммуникацию с кандидатами, убеждать и работать с возражениями;
-Техническая грамотность, понимание процесса разработки и имеющихся в нем ролей;
