🎯 КОГО ИЩЕМ:
1. Про постановку задач. У нас нет никаких устных задач. Абсолютно все задачи фиксируются. Если задача не зафиксирована в task-менеджере – значит этой задачи не было, даже, если она выполнена. У нас оцифровывается результат выполнения задач и прочая аналитика. Наша компания активно использует аналитику и без этой аналитики мы не сможем оценить работу сотрудников. Соответственно, мы ищем HRD с аналогичным стандартом работы.
2. Про ПО. Нам нужен современный, «продвинутый», инициативный новатор, который свободно владеет ATS, task-менеджерами, wiki-системами, интерактивными досками и прочими современными технологиями, упрощающими и ускоряющими рабочие процессы. Это всё есть в нашей компании. А если чего-то не хватает, то мы ждёт, что HRD это внедрит.
3. Про опыт. Слишком большой опыт на позиции HRD не требуется, 3-х лет достаточно. Требуется многолетний (от 8 лет) опыт работы на разных неруководящих HR-позициях. Наш идеальный кандидат испытал на себе в полной мере «все прелести» разных HR-направлений.
4. Про HR-процессы. У нас уже есть отделы, отроены HR-процессы (их надо улучшать, а не создавать с нуля). Поэтому опыт создания HR-отделов / HR-процессов с нуля нерелевантен для данной позиции. Нужен именно опыт развития HR-процессов. В связи с этим, хотелось бы увидеть кейсы по улучшению HR-процессов.
5. Про рекрутинг. HRD не требуется самостоятельно закрывать позиции. Но «наш HRD» понимает нюансы и сложности подбора как в IT-отрасли, так и линейного персонала для производственных предприятий, так и топ-менеджмента для производственных предприятий.
6. Про разнообразие опыта. Лидирование рекрутинга – важная часть работы HRD, но это лишь ~30% процентов от объёма работы HRD. Мы хотим видеть у кандидатов не только рекрутинг, но и самостоятельный (т.е. на неруководящих позициях) опыт работы в других HR-направлениях. Очень хочется видеть у кандидатов разнообразный опыт работы, а не только позиции рекрутера и HRD.

1. Специалист по КДП
2. Рекрутер на производственном предприятии

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for one of the AdTech Holding projects.

Responsibilities:

✔️Cash Management:
Monitor daily cash positions and oversee cash flow forecasting to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Execute cash transactions, including transfers, payments, and deposits, in a timely and efficient manner.
Implement cash concentration and pooling structures to optimize cash utilization across various entities and jurisdictions.
✔️Banking Relationships:
Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to ensure efficient banking services and competitive pricing.
Negotiate banking agreements, credit facilities, and other financial services to support the company's treasury operations.
Evaluate and recommend banking products and solutions to enhance cash management efficiency and mitigate risks.
✔️Financial Reporting:
Prepare treasury-related reports, including daily accounts balances, cash flow forecasts, debt schedules and compliance reports.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information as needed.

Requirements:
🔹Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
🔹Languages: English/Russian mandatory, Greek is advantage
🔹Minimum of 1 years of experience in finances operations, cash management, and/or financial analysis, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
🔹Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
🔹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
