🟢 Обязанности:
- cбор, структурирование и фиксация информации о работе системы и её компонентов;
- cоздание технической, рабочей, эксплуатационной и другой необходимой документации для разрабатываемого ПО;
- актуализация проектной и технической документации на основе полученных от разработчиков описаний и данных;
- активное участие в формировании и поддержке внутренней базы знаний разрабатываемых продуктов;
- участие в формировании changelog;
- ответственность за актуальность всех технических текстов относящихся к разрабатываемым программным продуктам и архитектурным решениям.
🟡Требования:
- опыт работы с технической документацией;
- грамотная письменная речь на русском и английском языках;
- навыки проведения интервью разработчиков и тестировщиков, разговор с ними на одном языке.
Будет плюсом:
- опыт выстраивания и оптимизации процессов управления документацией (и/или процессов управления требованиями);
- опыт работы с инструментами управления требованиями. (Docusaurus, или аналогичными);
- опыт работы с инструментами визуализации (Miro, Draw.io, или аналогичными);
- знание методологий и языков моделирования.
