Responsabilità: - Coordinare il reclutamento, l'attivazione e la fidelizzazione degli affiliati. - Garantire che Marathonbet ottenga il massimo ritorno sull'investimento (ROI) dalle risorse impiegate per gli affiliati - Concentrarsi sui partner con le migliori performance per garantire il massimo ROI - Gestire quotidianamente le richieste degli affiliati - Monitorare le vendite degli affiliati e verificare i calcoli provvigionali degli affiliati a fine mese - Creare, monitorare e refertare le campagne di affiliazione - Negoziare e controllare gli accordi commerciali con tutti i partner - Stabilire e mantenere relazioni costanti con gli affiliati - Ideare e realizzare campagne di affiliazioni strategiche e innovative - Monitorare l'attività dei concorrenti e produrre informi dei risultati attraverso aggiornamenti regolari - Sfruttare le collaborazioni di Marathonbet per migliorare l'immagine del marchio - Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di Marketing per veicolare al meglio il messaggio del marchio sul mercato - Fornire regolarmente informi sulle performance e feedback sugli affiliati - Preparare informi mensili e settimanali per il line manager. Altre Responsabilità: - Seguire efficacemente i processi e le procedure del team e dell'azienda - Aggiornarsi professionalmente mantenendo reti personali e studiando gli sviluppi nel settore. Partecipare alla formazione adeguata a mantenere la propria competenza professionale e mantenersi sempre aggiornati - Segnalare i problemi al responsabile, se necessario - Svolgere altri compiti quando ragionevolmente indicato dal personale responsabile. Competenze e abilità richieste: - Capacità di apprendere tutti gli elementi della gestione di un programma di affiliazione nel settore del gioco d'azzardo - Solide competenze informatiche, con padronanza di Excel - Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in Inglese scritto e orale - Capacità di comunicare con stakeholder interni ed esterni a tutti i livelli - Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo - Creatività e capacità di pensare fuori dagli schemi - Capacità di lavorare con team che operano da remoto - Flessibilità, con un approccio flessibile alle ore lavorative e disponibilità a viaggiare - Conoscenza approfondita di una vasta gamma di sport - Eccellenti capacità numeriche e analitiche, con capacità di condurre analisi approfondite dei risultati del ROI Competenze e abilità desiderabili: - Laurea o equivalente - Esperienza nel marketing e nel settore degli affiliati. - Profonda conoscenza delle lingue italiana e inglese, livello C2 o madrelingua.
