Компания в области онлайн-маркетинга ищет в свою команду высоко замотивированного Affiliate Manager. Офис находится в Лимасоле, Кипр. Вакансия открыта для кандидатов с опытом работы в индустрии iGaming, Gambling. Вам предстоит работать с партнерами и развивать их, способствовать росту доходов и оптимизировать удержание игроков.
✨Чем предстоит заниматься:
▪️Привлекать и запускать новых партнеров (вебмастеров)
▪️Вести переговоры и поддерживать долгосрочные отношения с партнерами
▪️Отслеживать статистику, формировать рекомендации для роста оборота партнеров
▪️Быть в курсе отраслевых тенденций и действий конкурентов
▪️Предоставлять регулярные отчеты руководству о результатах работы партнеров
▪️Посещать бизнес-конференции
✨Кого мы ищем:
▪️Опыт работы в iGaming в должности Affiliate manager (предпочтительно KZ, UZ, BD, IN)
▪️Английский язык не ниже уровня B1
▪️Опыт работы со статистикой, трекингом, разными источниками трафика и моделями оплаты (RS, СРА, fix)
▪️Сильные навыки ведения переговоров
▪️Нацеленность на результат
▪️Умение работать самостоятельно и в команде
▪️Проживание на Кипре

Team Lead Data Scientist (проект Рекомендации)
Удаленно или офис, Кипр
Сейчас наша команда ищет кандидата с опытом разработки рекомендательных систем с нуля.
Чем предстоит заниматься:
Руководить командой из 3-х человек.
Разрабатывать real-time ML-based сервисы.
Создавать модели для персонализации того, что еще не персонализировано.
Перекладывать бизнес-задачи на язык математики и валидировать результаты через A/B тесты.
Разрабатывать ML-модели — задачи классификации, регрессии, ранжирования.
Исследовать данные (поиск инсайтов, закономерностей, проблем с данными).
Подготавливать метрики, дашборды, алерты по результатам работы моделей и бизнеса.
Анализировать результаты работы моделей (оценка метрик, причин и т.д.).
Требования:
Умение работать с данными (анализ, очистка, подготовка, отбор и создание признаков).
Уверенное владение Python (классический аналитический стек + ML) и SQL (у нас ClickHouse).
Коммерческий опыт в DS от 3 лет.
Опыт работы c ML: Scikit-learn, CatBoost/XGBoost, PyTorch или TensorFlow.
Понимание жизненного цикла ML-моделей.
Опыт разработки микросервисов на Python.
Будет плюсом:
Продуктовый опыт решения NLP задач.
Условия:
Возможность полностью работать удаленно из любой точки мира или в офисе (Москва, Кипр) для желающих поработать в формате коворкинга или с закрепленным рабочим местом.
