Офис - Кипр, Лимассол (но вы сами решите, как вам удобнее работать, удалённо или в офисе)
Очень нужен английский - как минимум B2
Опыт - от 3 лет и более.
Для нас важно:
- юридическое образование
- понимание основных KYC и корпоративных документов
- опыт предоставления форм KYC/KYB
- базовые навыки составления договоров (услуги, аренда, займы), резолюций, писем, претензий
- опыт систематизации документов, создания реестров
- опыт работы с миграционными документами будет преимуществом.
Какими будут задачи:
- Мониторинг законодательства на предмет изменений и их влияния на бизнес
- Обновление соглашений и политик на сайте компании
- Работа с типовыми контрактами и бизнес-договорами
- Взаимодействие с регуляторами
- Подготовка документов для открытия счетов в банках
- Ведение архива и реестра корпоративных документов.
