Мы, WINSSEN HOLDING LIMITED – it-компания, с 20- летним опытом разработки приложений, цифровых сервисов.
Будем рады новому члену команды, который полностью закроет задачи по привлечению трафика для двух продуктов: детскому развивающему приложению Yutu Play и платформе для проведения онлайн-уроков Yutu Class.

Задачи, которые предстоит решать:
- Генерация конвертирующих подходов;
- Тестировать гипотезы, креативы и источники трафика;
- Писать технические задания на креативы, посадочные страницы;
- Настраивать рекламные кампании в Google Ads, Apple Search Ads – для приложения Yutu Play;
- Настраивать рекламные кампании в Яндекс Директе и Google Ads - для продукта Yutu Class;
- Вести таргетинговые компании в Vkontakte, Talegram Ads, Meta Ads по двум продуктам;
- Масштабирование рабочих связок;
- Постоянная аналитика состояния рекламных кампаний и поиск решений для оптимизации стоимости и качества трафика;
- Отслеживание активности конкурентов в платных каналах трафика;
- Ведение отчетности.

Нам важно, чтобы специалист:
- Имел образование в направлении маркетинга, digital-маркетинга;
- Умел работать с трафиком для iOS/Android приложений;
- Имел опыт с рекламными кабинетами Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, VK Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads;
- Умел выстроить аналитику, в том числе с использованием сторонних ресурсов;
- Понимал, что такое ЦА, как сегментировать рынок, и как работать с каждым из сегментов;
- Имел высокие способности к аналитике и решению сложных задач;
- Умеете работать с Figma – иногда придется править креативы;
- Английский язык: Уровень Intermediate.

- Если вы работали с детскими образовательными приложениями и понимаете специфику рекламных кампаний;
- Если вы работали с онлайн-сервисами для преподавателей и репетиторов, или специалистов в области образования (ВАЖНО! Онлайн-школы не подходят!).

About the Role

На время отпуска основного сотрудника с 13-24 мая ищем в офис группы компаний дружелюбного офис-менеджера, молодую девушку, которая поможет нам с поддержанием комфортной и приятной атмосферы на рабочем месте.

Сейчас у нас целый этаж в новом офисном здании, 2 офисных помещения, 8 человек в одном и 15 в другом.
Какие задачи будут стоять перед человеком?

• Заказ продуктов 1 раз в неделю под количество человек в офисе
• Заказ обедов на неделю с предварительным учетом, когда кто в офисе
• Закупка всяких хозяйственных штук и пополнение провизии на месте
• Заботиться о нашем прекрасном офисе, следить за порядком и уютом (убирает отдельный человек), оперативно вызывать мастера если что-то сломалась
• Небольшие поручения по документообороту в офисе (забрать - отвезти, убрать в нужную папку)
• Языки - русский и английский/греческий
• Здорово, если есть водительские права/автомобиль
