Сейчас мы в поисках IT Support Engineer в наш офис в Лимасоле.

💚Задачи:
- Обработка поступающих запросов, консультации пользователей;
- Решение проблем с “железом” и ПО, выдача доступов, установка, настройка и сопровождение программного обеспечения;
- Сопровождение и настройка рабочих мест в офисах Playrix и для удаленных сотрудников;
- Сопровождение локальной инфраструктуры офиса;
- Учет движения ИТ-оборудования;
- Написание инструкций по работе с сервисами и ПО.

💚Что нам важно:
- Опыт работы в техподдержке или службе Service Desk от трех лет;
- Отличное знание архитектуры современных ПК и ноутбуков, навыки диагностики и мелкого ремонта;
- Знание принципов построения и функционирования локальных и глобальных сетей, - Опыт построения и администрирования Wi-Fi сетей;
- Опыт администрирования двух операционных системам из списка: Windows, Linux, macOS;
- Навыки администрирования AD и систем виртуализации;
-Знание и навыки работы с системным программным обеспечением, его установкой и настройкой: Git-клиентов, G-Suite, продуктов Adobe/Autodesk, VPN-сервисов;
- Опыт написания технической документации и инструкций для пользователей.
