Product Manager position (with experience in crypto derivatives)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Crypto Derivatives Trading (CDT) product, a mobile-first B2C platform that enables users to trade volatile tokens, decoupling their profit potential from bullish market trends.
2. Guide the product from its current MVP stage, managing its initial user traffic and future development.

Team and Reporting Structure:

1. Report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and, initially, to the Founders for the first three months.
2. Collaborate with a trading strategy expert responsible for developing user trading strategies.
3. Lead a dedicated small backend and frontend team.
4. You have access to the CTO, Delivery Manager, QA, Business Analyst, DevOps, Project Manager, Designer, and if necessary, the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and external resources.
5. Coordinate with L3 and L2 support teams.

Who you are:

1. Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in trading (fiat or crypto), forex, or fintech. Candidates from other fields should have a solid trading background.
2. Tech-savvy with an ability to grasp technical aspects and participate in PRD development discussions, especially with the CTO.
3. Familiarity with gamification principles or extensive gaming experience is a plus.
If you have studied with Reforge, Zamesin, Krasinsky, and Gopractice – that’s also a plus.

Interview process:

1. 45-minute HR interview.
2. 1-hour interview with the CPO focusing on experience, product management skills, and innovative thinking.
3. 1-hour interview with Founders and CTO, focusing on skills relevant to CDT and technical acumen.

We will see if there’s any need for a test case.

Key Performance Metrics and Expectations:

1. Monitor and impact revenue, assets under management (AUM), total trading volume, first-time deposit (FTD) conversion rate, and average investment size.
2. Full product ownership, including understanding legal aspects, product backlog, strategy, user segmentation, and unit economics.

Your KPIs for 1-3-6 months:

● 1 Month (Familiarization): Acquire a thorough understanding of the product’s current state and vision, and implement small features or fixes.
● 3 Months (Business Impact): Focus on the primary metric among those tracked and contribute to the product’s long-term strategy.
● 6 Months (Comfort Zone): Take full ownership of metrics, establish a roadmap to influence them, and develop a 6-12 month strategy.

We are currently seeking a Operations Manager, Payment providers

Responsibilities:
— Ensure smooth operation of the related IT systems and business processes
— Oversee daily metrics and adjust admin settings accordingly
— Assist the team and partners on handling special cases, take a lead in investigation of the root cause
— Oversee production support teams, user technical support, production job schedules
— Handle tech related issues on payment providers’ integrations, including consulting of tech teams
— Lead the improvements of the business processes related to payment providers
— Monitor and keep the related product metrics within the set targets and boundaries, including the metrics for costs, profit, risk levels etc.
— Manage relationships with third-party vendors for support and project management
— Keeping the related product documentation full and up-to-date
— Understand and track applicable regulatory and reporting requirements
— Manage periodic audits (based on policies and procedures) to ensure compliance with regulatory, enterprise security requirements
— Assist in preparing the IT organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures
— Perform any other duties as required or assigned

Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field
— 2+ years’ experience working in Operations management, Project management or related role in payment processing / internet acquiring / other payments related service.
— Knowledge of functioning of PSPs (payment service providers), payment systems
— Familiarity of accounting of payment transactions
— Experience working with vendor contracts and licensing
— External customer-facing production support experience
— Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
— Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude
— Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
— Proactive mindset
— Strong analytical skills
— Skilled in Microsoft Excel
— Confident spoken and written English and Russian

PHP/Laravel Backend Developer
(Middle+, Senior)

Location: Cyprus (Limassol)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and extend the functionality of Web Applications;
- Write high-quality, scalable, and secure code;
- Write Unit, functional, and integration tests;
- Working on database optimization;
- Analyze business requirements and implement them;
- Writing technical documentation for implemented features;
- Providing support for production systems and proactively addressing technical issues;
- Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

- Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel Developer for (5+) year(s);
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field;
- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel Framework;
- Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design;
- Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec);
- MySQL profiling and query optimization;
- Experience with Git;
- Creative and efficient problem solver;
- Previous experience within the FinTech or FX Industry will be considered an advantage.
