- create communication strategy for internal chats and channels according to business and hr goals
- create event plan / calendar with activities for different tracks and different audience: culture, sport, cyber-sport, ecology, IT etc
- organise events through the plan
- analyze the request of employees, create metrics of audience satisfaction
- develop HR brand to increase the efficiency of hiring staff
