What you will do:
- Creating and managing communities in Twitter, Discord, and Telegram;
- Increase user engagement and activity;
- Provide user support;

What qualifications do we expect from the perfect candidate:

Understanding and the ability to adapt to different tones of voice (ToV).
Your results will be assessed using the following KPI:
Engagement / Activity Rate;
Viral rate - how many people are brought in thanks to the existing community;
User support response time and satisfaction;
Growth of the ambassador program and the number of new attracted users.

📌Основные обязанности:
🔸Изучение и анализ данных, представленных в финансовых таблицах;
🔸Оценка текущего финансового состояния;
🔸Осуществление сбора данных из систем банковских выписок и других источниках;
🔸Периодическое обновление информации и подготовка отчетов;
🔸Согласования данных со смежными структурными подразделениями;
🔸Сбор первичной информации и документов для обеспечения точности и полноты данных;
🔸Обеспечение бесперебойного потока информации в рамках финансовых операций;
🔸Загрузка и выгрузка данных во внутреннюю программу;
🔸Мониторинг и анализ транзакций в соответствии с установленными процедурами.
