Все, что касается ваших партнеров и задач, с ними связанных: вы должны быть в курсе любой боли и радости, взлетов и падений своих партнеров, а также своевременно доносить эту информацию до команд, которые работают с вами и будут помогать вам в решении поступающих задач.


Что из вашего опыта непременно пригодится:

Понимание основ Agile-методологии (отличия Scrum от Kanban, целеполагание по SMART)

Опыт работы в клиентском сервисе

Английский от В2 и выше (писать и говорить с клиентами на английском нужно уверенно, грамотно и постоянно)

Умеете работать в команде, слушать и слышать людей, аргументировать решения
