Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the Crypto Derivatives Trading (CDT) product, a mobile-first B2C platform that enables users to trade volatile tokens, decoupling their profit potential from bullish market trends.
2. Guide the product from its current MVP stage, managing its initial user traffic and future development.
Team and Reporting Structure:
1. Report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and, initially, to the Founders for the first three months.
2. Collaborate with a trading strategy expert responsible for developing user trading strategies.
3. Lead a dedicated small backend and frontend team.
4. You have access to the CTO, Delivery Manager, QA, Business Analyst, DevOps, Project Manager, Designer, and if necessary, the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and external resources.
5. Coordinate with L3 and L2 support teams.
Who you are:
1. Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in trading (fiat or crypto), forex, or fintech. Candidates from other fields should have a solid trading background.
2. Tech-savvy with an ability to grasp technical aspects and participate in PRD development discussions, especially with the CTO.
3. Familiarity with gamification principles or extensive gaming experience is a plus.
If you have studied with Reforge, Zamesin, Krasinsky, and Gopractice – that’s also a plus.
Interview process:

⚽️ Bigbro.ai - система футбольной видео аналитики, работающая на базе computer vision. С помощью одной камеры, установленной около футбольного поля мы треккаем все физические и технико-тактические действия футболистов в игре и на тренировках (от пробега и скорости до точности передач и удачных отборов).
Система работает в режиме co-pilot. Большую часть операций делает AI, но сложные ситуации помогает разобрать оператор внутри специального блока ручной разметки системы.
Мы ищем руководителя блока ручной разметки, целью работы которого будет выдача качественного результата клиентам.
➡️ Что нужно делать?
1. Сформировать продуктовые требования к интерфейсу ручной разметки
2. Управлять нагрузкой и пропускной способностью блока ручной разметки
3. Выдавать результат должного качества и в заданный SLA
4. Найти оптимальный с точки зрения цен и удобства работы рынок труда для поиска разметчиков
5. Построить процесс поиска и найма разметчиков (в будущем построение небольшой биржи)
6. Выстроить систему контроля качества выдачи результата
7. Снижать себестоимость работы блока ручной разметки за счет оптимизации процессов и улучшения интерфейсов
➡️ Что ждем от тебя?
1. Опыт управления проектами / продуктами в IT от 2 лет
2. Опыт управления командами от 20 чел.
3. Свободный английский
4. Наличие ВНЖ за пределами РФ/Белоруссии или готовность к релокации
5. Наличие банковского счета за пределами РФ/Белоруссии
6. Увлекаться и разбираться в футболе
