Чем предстоит заниматься:

• Открытие счетов в банках/ЭМИ (заполнение форм и предоставление необходимых документов с дальнейшими переговорами);
• Помощь в корпоративном администрировании (письменные резолюции, доверенности, трудовые договоры, согласование подготовки финансовой и налоговой отчетности);
• Помощь в ведении регулярных коммерческих переговоров в качестве юрисконсульта;
• Пересмотр политик, условий для контрагентов и потребителей;
• Помощь в решении других повседневных задач.

Требования:

• Бакалавр (или выше) юридическое образование;
• Английский язык - уровень upper-intermediate/advanced, профессиональная (юридическая) терминология обязательна, словарный запас достаточен для устного общения и повседневной работы;
• Уверенное знание процедур открытия банковских счетов и процедур KYC/AML финансовых учреждений ЕС;
• Правовая подготовка и проверка документов (коммерческих договоров, условий);
• Хорошие знания в области управления международными/иностранными организациями (несколько юрисдикций, включая Кипр);
• Базовые знания по международному налоговому структурированию (как коммерческому, так и корпоративному), в т.ч. CFC, AEOI (ОЭСР) и правила ЕС по НДС;
• Понимание сферы маркетинга и онлайн-гемблинга/беттинга как сильного плюса;
