What will you do in this position?
-Improve the company project management methodology and processes.

🎯Задачи:

Определение и разработка четкой стратегии развития продукта - чат платформы
Поддержание эффективного плана развития продукта, обеспечивающего его устойчивый рост
Анализ и оптимизация продуктовых процессов для повышения эффективности и улучшения качества продукта
Создание и поддержание роудмапа продукта, гарантирующего последовательное и планомерное развитие.

Что нам важно:

Опыт работы в управлении продуктами более 3х лет (в IT индустрии)
Подтвержденный успешный опыт запуска или разработки чат -платформ
Опыт разработки дорожной карты продукта , постановки четких целей и определения приоритетности улучшений функций
Умение хорошо работать в команде в быстро меняющейся среде
