WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Create and maintain a Publishing Roadmap (monetization, LiveOps, community, content, tech team), and be responsible for its timely execution
Set, distribute and track tasks for the whole team: TechProd, Community, Monetization, PR, Content. SMM, Brand ManagerApprove all publishing-related questions for the product
Request new features, take part in development roadmap discussion, set tasks for bug fixing, etc.
Responsible for timely documentation of all publishing activities, events analytics
Create a base of publication policies and track its application by all the team members
Responsible for LiveOps with various platforms – Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, EGS, etc.
Request new positions for the Publishing team as needed
Work on Publishing PnL and associated reporting
Work closely with Product and Development directors
Participate in cross-product meetings
Responsible for key KPIs: Revenue, MAU
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

At least 3 years experience working as a Project Manager or Producer
Experience launching a developed or licensed project (through soft-launch/CBT to release/OBT) to the international market
Experience with PC/Consoles project and FPS/TPS is highly desirable
Knowledge of typical business processes and key principles in game publishing and operations
Ability to negotiate with clients and partners
Knowledge of the basic principles of budgeting
Knowledge of sales planning
Ability to write reports
Advanced soft skills: analytical thinking, attentiveness, initiative, communicativeness, responsible, teamwork skills, organizational skills, result-oriented
