Role Description – you will:
- Execute payments on weekly basis through e-banking
- Ensure all payments to be done correctly and in timely manner & received by recipient
- Act as a key internal point of contact for all payment-related queries
- Communicate with banks, solving arising issues with payments
- Prepare bank statements & payment confirmations in timely manner
- Submit payment requests in internal accounting system
- Check all necessary documentation for payments
- Assist accounting team in VAT reports preparation & bookkeeping and other requests from CFO
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or any other subject related
- Knowledge and experience in banking payments, SWIFT, reconciliations, investigations etc.
- Knowledge and experience in 1C system will be considered as advantage
- Strong attention to details
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Fluency in the English & Russian language, oral and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-player
- Ability to learn
- Legal authorization to work in Cyprus will be considered as advantage
- Ability to start at the end of December 2023
