We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum/Kanban framework and ensuring that the team follows its principles and practices and will focus on helping the team deliver high-quality products and continuously improve their processes. Currently most of the teams are following Kanban methodology.

Main duties & responsibilities:


✔️ Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and communicate product backlog items;
✔️ Ensure that the product backlog is maintained and accessible;
✔️ Coach the team in Agile principles, practices, and values, helping them become a self-organizing and cross-functional unit;
✔️ Ensure the Scrum/Kanban framework is understood and followed by the team, and help the team adapt it as needed to fit their context;
✔️ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging them to inspect and adapt their processes and practices;
✔️ Help the team understand and use Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and make informed decisions;
✔️ Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders to improve their understanding of Agile and Scrum/Kanban;
✔️ Promote healthy communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience as an Delivery Manager/Agile Coach;
✔️ Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices;
✔️ Proficiency in Agile management tools and software;
✔️ Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills;
✔️ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
✔️ Fluent English and Russian

- Умение оптимизировать производительность веб-приложений и опыт работы с инструментами для мониторинга производительности;
- Умение эффективно работать в команде разработчиков, дизайнеров и других участников проекта, обладание коммуникативными навыками;
- Аккуратность и систематический подход к делу.

Будет плюсом:
- Опыт работы с jira, confluence, figma;
- Опыт работы с CI/CD;
- Опыт работы с серверным рендерингом (SSR) для оптимизации производительности веб-приложений.

- Вилка по зарплате 3000 - 3700 Евро Гросс (по итогам собеседования);
- График работы офис - 5/2 (плавающее начало рабочего дня, работа из дома до 5 дней в месяц);

Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter

✅ Your goals will be:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from gathering position requirements to extending job offers
- Writing and posting vacancies on job boards and social media
- Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates using various sources in different markets around the globe
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Perform any other assigned duties as required
- Taking part in other HR activities and projects

- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Proven track of successful closing vacancies
- Experience in iGaming would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner
