We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional who can lead our marketing efforts, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate our growth by scaling our business tenfold.

Key responsibilities:

•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve significant business growth and scale the iRev.com platform tenfold.
•Drive customer acquisition by implementing effective digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
•Lead and manage the content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with target audiences across various channels.
•Oversee public relations (PR) activities, including press releases, media relations, and industry partnerships, to strengthen the company's position and reputation in the market.
•Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute product marketing strategies, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
•Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generate actionable insights, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven decision-making.
•Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, providing recommendations for innovative marketing approaches to drive growth and outperform competitors.
•Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
•Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and external partners, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
•Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape, conducting market research to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

•5+ years of proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or a similar executive-level marketing role in a SaaS company or technology-driven organization.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
•English - C2 (professional).
•Strong track record of scaling a business and achieving significant growth targets.
•Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
•Solid understanding of content marketing, PR, and brand management strategies.
In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
•Familiarity with SaaS business models and understanding of the software industry.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
