Main duties & responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including the job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection (experience with technical and non-technical positions especially positions in the marketing field)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Assist new hires with the relocation process, providing information and resources to ensure a smooth transition to Cyprus
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, delivering orientation and training to ensure successful integration into the company
• Handle the offboarding process with sensitivity, ensuring departing employees leave on good terms and following all necessary protocols
• Organize and participate in corporate events and activities to enhance team collaboration and promote a positive work environment
• Work closely with management to design and implement performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience in Cyprus, plus at least 2 years in IT HR sector
• Good command of English and Russian, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
