1.Linux серверов или windows
2.Nginx;
3.БД (MySQL);
4.умение развертывать C# .Net приложения на сервере

Будет плюсом
- Наличие опыта GitLab CI / Jenkins;
- Опыт работы с docker;
- Опыт работы с Azure;
- Опыт настройки и использования систем мониторинга/логирования ;
- Опыт использования google Looker или power bi для настройки отчетов
