О проекте: разработка в агропромышленной сфере.

Задачи:
- Участие в составлении и согласовании с Заказчиком технического задания, на основании предъявляемых функциональных требований к ИС.
- Выбор и обоснование оптимальных вариантов решения задачи, с учетом специфики предметной области, согласование плановых сроков выполнения работ с Заказчиком.
- Разработка и доработка программного обеспечения на базе платформы 1С:Предприятие 8, по направлению кадровые системы, на основании согласованных заявок пользователей в рамках корпоративной системы IntraService.
- Тестирование реализуемых задач в информационной базе данных разработчика (DEV-контур) совместно с заинтересованными пользователями информационной системы.
- Обучение пользователей реализованному функционалу, подготовка сопроводительной технической документации (инструкции пользователей, методические материалы).
- Работа с хранилищем конфигураций и обновление информационных баз данных (TEST- и PROD-контуры) в соответствии с принятым регламентом Компании.
- Консультирование пользователей 1С:Предприятие по обращениям пользователей, связанных с прикладным решением «1С:Зарплата и управление персоналом» по направлениям кадрового учета и расчета заработной платы.
- Оперативное, в соответствии с принятыми параметрами SLA, решение инцидентных обращений пользователей, с целью обеспечения непрерывности бизнес-процессов Компании, в рамках системы программ 1С:Предприятие 8.
Требования к кандидату:
- Высшее техническое образование.
- Опыт работы программистом 1С от 2 (двух) лет.
- Практические знания в предметных областях: кадровый учет и расчет заработной платы.
- Практический опыт работы и знание типовой конфигурации «1С:Зарплата и управление персоналом».
- Разработка/доработка конфигураций на платформе 1С:Предприятие 8 (понимание концепции работы управляемых форм, клиент-серверного взаимодействия), в соответствии системой стандартов и методик разработки конфигураций 1С.
- Опыт разработки отчетов и печатных форм (СКД, макеты табличных документов; внешние отчеты и обработки).
- Опыт разработки и настройки механизмов ограничения прав доступа (роли, права, RLS).
