✨ Чем предстоит заниматься:

• Управление командой дизайна (Графические дизайнеры, UX/UI дизайнеры, иллюстратор, 3D дизайнер, моушн-дизайнер);
• Контроль за качественным и своевременным выполнением всех задач команды;
• Формирование и поддержание достойного стиля в графическом и UX/UI дизайне казино;
• Контроль за разработкой брендбуков по всем проектам вместе с бренд менеджером;
• Формирование системности работы внутри отдела (мотивация, оценка эффективности, правила);
• Формирование системности работы со смежными отделами (шаблоны задач, формирование флоу и организация удобного взаимодействия, правила);
• Формирование технических руководств и правил по дизайн макетам;
• Контроль климата в команде и эффективности сотрудников;
• Ревью результатов работ и помощь дизайнерам с макетами ;
• Контроль за навыками сотрудников, обучение при обнаружении пробелов;
• Взаимодействие с лидами и ПМ других команд, контроль удобства взаимодействия с отделом и удовлетворенности работой дизайнеров;
• Экспертная помощь любым сотрудникам, консультирование, ревью (например, при работе с подрядчиками);
• Самостоятельное выполнение задач по дизайну от лидов и руководителей продукта

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Engineer. You will work in corporate research division that focuses on advanced technology development for applications across all our product lines including Automotive, Lifestyle (consumer), and Professional. Your Team

What You Will Do

•Collaborating with data scientists, AI Engineers and Research Engineers to improve processes and procedures for machine learning training and validation.
•Build infrastructure, framework, platform and tools that power our Machine Learning research including automated data collection, analysis and validation.
•Collaborate with other teams/groups in the organization. Close collaborations with DevOps and Data collection teams

What You Need

•Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science and/or SW Engineering
•5+ years of relevant experience
•Experience writing code in Python in a commercial or research setting.
•Experience using NumPy, SciPy and similar compute frameworks
•Experience working with cloud providers (AWS or GCP preferred).
•Experience working with large datasets, ideally containing images and videos.
•Experience working in a hybrid environment (on-premise, cloud).
•Knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, inter-process communications and synchronization mechanisms
•Performance optimization is a big plus
•Knowledge of algorithms, data structures
•Experience in software development using C/C++, JS, Bash is a plus
•Experience with CI tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to interpret and articulate analytical results

Responsibilities:
Maintaining communication between existing partners and media buyers to make sure ad accounts are supplied on time in the required amount.
