Responsibilities:
— Ensure smooth operation of the related IT systems and business processes
— Oversee daily metrics and adjust admin settings accordingly

— Handle tech related issues on payment providers’ integrations, including consulting of tech teams

— Manage relationships with third-party vendors for support and project management
— Keeping the related product documentation full and up-to-date

— Assist in preparing the IT organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field
— 2+ years’ experience working in Operations management, Project management or related role in payment processing / internet acquiring / other payments related service.
— Knowledge of functioning of PSPs (payment service providers), payment systems
— Familiarity of accounting of payment transactions
— Experience working with vendor contracts and licensing
— External customer-facing production support experience
— Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
— Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude
— Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

📌Обязанности:
- Ведение реестра платежей
- Ведение учета Дебиторской задолженности в разрезе аффилейтов
- Сверка платежей по партнерским комиссиям, ведение кликапа
- Ведение CashFlow
- Ведение платежей в разрезе бюджета
- Заполнение еженедельных отчетов : по трафику / NGRc
- Сбор и аналитика данных в разрезе отчета ISR на ежемесячной основе
- Ведение таблиц по сверкам с аналитиком
- Ведение аналитики в разрезе комиссий, оптимизация комиссионных расходов
- Ведение табеля учета рабочего времени сотрудников, заполнение ЗП ведомостей
- Ведение учета кадров, написание регламентов
- Работа с кликапом в части выстраивания структуры + формирования новых форм.
📌Требования:
- Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции в сфере гэмблинг, беттинг, трейдинг или крипта

Формат: на испытательном сроке (3 месяца) удаленка, потом офис, гибкий график

Планирование, проведение и анализ маркетинговых кампаний с использованием CRM-стратегий (push/email/SMS), генерация контента, анализ рассылок и так далее.
Чего мы ждем:
- Опыт на позиции CRM Manager от 2-х лет;
- Понимание статистики;
- Опыт аналитики;
- Знание CRM-систем и опыт их использования;
- Технические образование или бэкграунд;
- Будет плюсом знание языка разметки HTML и стилей CSS.
