Что нужно будет делать:
● лидировать развитие (в маркетинге и продажах) направления ИТ-услуг компании на рынках Европы и других стран (DevOps-услуги)
● формировать стратегии продаж (включая анализ рынка, описание ключевых ценностей и преимуществ, ценообразование и тд)
● участвовать в определении и реализации маркетинговой стратегии (включая определение каналов продаж, исследование целевых сегментов, формулировка преимуществ и ценностных предложений для разных ЦА и тд)
● построить юнит-экономику продукта
● реализовывать личные продажи (pre-sale, up-sale), выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами
● формировать и вести учет и отчетность по развитию направления, по продажам
● участвовать в формировании команды отдела развития бизнеса на стадии масштабирования (участие в формировании команды, управление командой, формирование планов продаж и обеспечение их выполнения и тд)
 
Мы хотим видеть у нашего будущего коллеги:
● опыт запуска направления b2b-продаж или b2b-IT-услуг (предпочтительно) на международных рынках (опыта работы исключительно на российском рынке или в пределах СНГ будет недостаточно)
● опыт разработки экономики бизнес-юнита
● английский С2-С1 и опыт личных продаж англоязычным партнерам
● аналитические способности и навыки видеть рынок за его пределами (out of the box)
● готовность самому участвовать в продажах и готовность (и умение) делегировать часть задач подрядчикам
● управленческий опыт
● умение делегировать, готовность привлекать под часть задач подрядчиков
