Responsibilities:
Developing reports as requested by the business department in Metabase analytical tool
Developing and optimizing SQL queries for columnar and relational database.
Preparing test environments for load testing and estimating required resources.
Designing data flows from the microservices database to the analytical database
Documenting the work done.
Translating analytics requirements to development teams
Required Skills:
Experience with PostgreSQL, application in non-trivial tasks. UNNEST, JSONB, reverse indexes, partitioned tables.
Experience with Clickhouse. Understanding of working principles, develop reports taking into account the presence of duplicates.
Experience with Metabase or similar systems
Ability to use Docker, writing Dockerfile for raising local stacks.
Ability to express thoughts succinctly in device and written form.
A plus will be:
Golang programming experience.
Experience in designing and preparing Clickhouse cluster for a given amount of data and growth rate.
