Цілі:
☑️Перегляд, затвердження та переговори щодо договорів (наприклад, договори про надання послуг, трудові договори, ліцензії, маркетингові / рекламні угоди, NDA тощо) в усіх юрисдикціях MD Finance;
☑️Складання юридичних документів, включаючи умови використання веб-сайтів, політику конфіденційності та політику використання файлів cookie, корпоративні документи тощо;
☑️Підтримка юридичної діяльності та операцій компанії на щоденній основі;
☑️Реалізація юридичного відповідності та забезпечення дотримання всіма компаніями вимог Державних Регуляторів та Органів у різних сферах бізнес-операцій (захист даних, маркетинг, платежі, GDPR, AML).
Основні вимоги:
☑️3+ років юридичного досвіду в міжнародній ІТ / FinTech компанії, цифровому рекламному агентстві або провідній юридичній фірмі (ІP / ІТ відділ);
☑️Глибокі знання ІP / ІТ права, європейського захисту даних, норм забезпечення відповідності, цивільного та трудового законодавства, закону міжнародних договорів, юридичних вимог у сфері банківської діяльності та фінансів;
☑️Здатність ефективно супроводжувати декілька проєктів одночасно;
☑️Сильні аналітичні здібності для виявлення та вирішення юридичних ризиків;
☑️Відмінні навички письмового та усного спілкування для співпраці з зацікавленими сторонами;
☑️Вільне володіння англійською мовою для юридичного оформлення та спілкування з англомовними колегами та партнерами;
☑️Добрі дослідницькі навички у місцевому fintech, регулятивному та податковому законодавстві.
