Ну что ж, вот и пришло время нам окунуться в волшебный мир Бизнес-аналитиков:

И прежде всего интересует вопрос — почему на них спрос чуть ли не больше, чем на iOS-ников?

Пока ситуация простая: ищем всех, кто "как-то связан" — а именно в диапазоне:
— от "просто проджект писал ТЗ"
— до системный аналитик, ТехДир, Архитектор и т.д.

В частности, сейчас нам нужны общие предложения про такой кейс:

Небольшая компания из 15-20 инженеров осуществляют следующую деятельность:
— закупают по всему миру "вот эти вот проводки" (порядка 1000 позиций);
— хранят их на складе 100 кв.м;
— собирают в цеху средних размеров "звездолеты";
— отправляют клиентам в 5 стран;
— дают гарантию, поддержку, сервис.

Все это нужно "автоматизировать из экселек". В общем, с одной стороны вроде не космос, а с другой стороны поле не паханое, рынок растущий, будут делать филиалы, а пара нехитрых шагов по автоматизации скорее всего даст рост прибыли на 30%... В общем, кейс выглядит перспективно!

Что нам нужно:

1) Помочь разбить на этапы работ:
— аудит/анализ/мониторинг ситуации;
— формирование "правильных процессов", а не как повелось;
— формирование ТЗ на внедрение ПО;
— сопровождение внедрения, корректировки;
— второй круг?

2) Кейсы, советы, примеры, случайные схемы из интернета, хайп, хейт, гламур и ужОс =)
