▪️Полностью обеспечивать жизнедеятельность офиса:
+ контроль чистоты в офисе, умение видеть, что нужно улучшить;
+ работать с курьерскими службами и сервисами по оказанию услуг;
+ организовать процесс приема и отправок документов и посылок;
+ оплачивать коммунальные счета офиса;
+ заниматься поиском подрядчиков, исполнителей услуг
▪️Помогать новым сотрудникам:
+ подготовить рабочее место (выдать технику, канцтовары, убедиться, что у него есть все необходимое для начала работы);
+ встреча новичка и экскурсия по офису
▪️ Помощь в организации различных мероприятий:
+ корпоративные мероприятия - взаимодействие с согласованными подрядчиками по вопросам организации тематического украшения офиса и организации праздников (опрос и информирование сотрудников);
+ личные мероприятия - поздравления сотрудников с ДР: информирование о ДР в рабочем чате, заказ подарков, помощь именинникам с организацией праздников (помощь с сервировкой праздничного стола и с уборкой после праздника)
▪️ Помощь сотрудникам при релокации и с организацией командировок (взаимодействие с риэлторами по поиску жилья, бронь отеля / апартаментов, заказ билетов, организация трансфера)
