- Больше 5 лет руководил командой разработчиков. С нуля создали платформу IoT, сейчас к ней подключены более 1000 зданий. Технологии: бэк - Python, БД - PostgreSQL, фронт yii2/PHP.
- Получили от ТМК (трубная металлургическая компания, 65 заводов) ТЗ вида «у нас проблема, надо что-то делать». По этому ТЗ создали систему безопасности энергетиков, свели к нулю число аварий из-за ошибок персонала. С этим проектом заняли на конкурсе ТМК Горизонты второе место в 2022 году. Сейчас система раскатывается на группу ТМК, идут пилоты в УГМК и Сибуре.
- Еще несколько более мелких проектов, вроде системы управления городским освещением.
- Крупная сеть LoRaWAN, 56 станций. По ней написал цикл статей на Хабре.
Что я могу:
- Выстроить процесс разработки. Использую Скрам и элементы Канбана.
- Найти ключик к каждому сотруднику.
- Двигать продукт. Сам вожу его по профильным конференциям, выставкам. Есть огромный опыт публичных выступлений.
- Общаться с крупными заказчиками, выявлять реальную боль и фильтровать ее от бесполезных хотелок.
- Немного пишу на Питоне. Делал скрипты автоматизации для нашей платформы.
- В качестве хобби увлекаюсь 3Д-моделированием (Блендер).

Обожаю что-то строить и создавать. Как продукт, так и команду под него.
Никогда не пренебрегаю документацией, все продукты обязательно получают максимально полые мануалы, прежде чем уйдут эксплуатантам.

Живу в Будве, есть ВНЖ и разрешение на работу в Черногории. За хорошим предложением рассмотрю релокацию.
Не боюсь командировок, скорее они будут плюсом.
