Основные обязанности:
- Контроль за ходом строительства на объекте и мониторинг работ для обеспечения соблюдения ключевых параметров проекта, таких как бюджет, сроки и качество.
- Организация и планирование работ с целью максимального использования ресурсов на объектах.
- Сотрудничать с другими инженерами, архитекторами и сметчиками для активного заказа необходимых строительных материалов с учетом качества и стоимости.
- Контролировать и рассматривать технические чертежи и спецификации
- Контроль и содействие выполнению проекта, администрирование проекта, переписка, поток информации и данных.
- Обеспечение информирования высшего руководства о ходе реализации проекта и его результатах
- Предоставление технических консультаций и решение проблем на объекте
- Обеспечение выполнения процедур, политики и законодательства в области охраны труда и техники безопасности.
 
Основные требования:
- Степень бакалавра в области инженерных систем (электричество или HVAC).
- 3-5 лет предыдущего опыта работы на аналогичных должностях.
- Знание английского языка (B1 или выше) и греческого языка как преимущество, как устного, так и письменного.
- Хорошее знание законов и нормативных актов, относящихся к жилому и коммерческому строительству на Кипре.
- Хорошее знание ПО, такого как AutoCAD и MS office (MagiCAD, SketchUp, Revit как преимущество).
