· Разработка и поддержка высокочастотных торговых систем, использующихся для торговли на финансовых рынках;

· Управление командой разработчиков, включая организацию работы, назначение задач, контроль выполнения и оценку результатов работы;
· Разработка и внедрение стратегий для повышения качества кода, обеспечения безопасности и ускорения процессов разработки;
· Участие в обсуждении стратегических вопросов компании и внесение предложений по улучшению процессов разработки и производительности.

👨‍💻Требования:
· Опыт работы в разработке высокочастотных торговых систем на финансовых рынках не менее 7 лет;
· Глубокие знания в области C++ и Python, а также опыт использования Linux и систем контроля версий;
· Опыт управления командой разработчиков, включая назначение задач, организацию работы, контроль и оценку результатов;
· Умение работать в команде и общаться с другими отделами в компании;
· Высшее образование в области компьютерных наук, математики, физики или экономики;
· Знание английского языка на уровне, достаточном для чтения технической документации и коммуникации с зарубежными коллегами.
