HardSkills:
• Работа в команде с разработчиками, дизайнерами и менеджером проектов;
• UI тестирование сборочных и рабочих приложений — выявление дефектов и ошибок удобства использования/навигации, сверка с макетом в Figma;
• Выполнение функционального, Smoke и регрессионного тестирования в TestFlight (iOS/Android);
• Тестирование API;
• Сообщение об ошибках в Jira, Trello, Fibery, эскалация проблем, перекрестные проверки невыполненных работ. Отчетность Lead QA и Senior Developers;
• Тестирование локализации — проверка работоспособности приложения в 11 локалях. Выявление проблем и потенциальные улучшения, сообщать о проблемах командам дизайнеров и маркетинга;
• Сбор отзывов пользователей и ответы на вопросы клиентов;
• Разработка артефактов тестирования: чек-листы, тест-кейсы, отчеты о тестировании;
• Регулярное планирование и оценка спринтов Retro meetings, оценка качества сборки и готовности продукта к выпуску, участие на ежедневных церемониях Scrum.
