Duties and responsibilities:

1. Guiding and assisting new partners through the onboarding process.
2. Collect and review documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct compliance checks and risk assessments on new partners.
4. Establish positive relationships with partners.
5. Collaborate with various internal teams, such as legal, finance, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
7. You would address partner inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. This involves providing effective solutions, escalating problems when necessary, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
2. Previous experience in customer onboarding, client services, or a similar role in the gambling or financial industry is mandatory.
3. Understanding and adhering to relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, and responsible gambling guidelines, is crucial.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
5. Attention to details to ensure accurate collection and verification of partner information.
6. Strong problem-solving skills are required to handle complex situations, find appropriate solutions, and escalate problems when necessary.
7. Capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
8. Proficiency in using computer systems.
9. Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage (Russian, English any other).
