Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Проводить анализ поведения пользователей: построение воронок, выработка гипотез и проверка их через A/B-тесты;

- Заниматься ad-hoc запросами и автоматизацией отчетности, создавать и поддерживать отчеты;
- Проектировать, сопровождать и оптимизировать систему аналитики для различных типов продуктов.
От тебя:
- Релевантный опыт работы от 3х лет;
- Уверенное владение SQL, умение писать сложные запросы;
- Уверенное владение Python для анализа данных;
- Опыт работы в области анализа данных (воронки, когортный анализ, AB-тесты);
- Опыт применения статистических методов проверки гипотез, построения оценок и прогнозов;
- Умение и желание решать нетривиальные задачи в условиях неполных данных;
- Опыт cоздания отчетов в Tableau и Looker.
Плюсом будет:
- Опыт участия во внедрении подхода «data-as-a-service» (обеспечивать команды аналитическими инструментами для принятия data-driven решений (отчеты, метрики, модели и многое другое));

What is essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a system or business analyst.
- Understanding the software development lifecycle.
- Technical background with an understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Understanding the insurance domain.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong written and spoken English (all documentation and most of our calls are in English).
- Experience in Scrum.
- Proficiency in working with specifications, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as experience conducting requirements analysis and management.
- Willingness to work in conditions of uncertainty.
- Readiness for relocation to Cyprus
