Environment Artist в компании ICVR работает в команде, создающей высокодетализированные, реалистичные и оптимизированные 3D-ассеты и окружение на движке Unreal Engine, для использования в играх и виртуальных декорациях для фильмов и телесериалов. Основной упор в работе на этой должности делается на создание гармоничных, реалистичных ландшафтов, атмосферы и игровых ассетов.

✅ Наши ожидания от кандидата:

- 3+ года опыта работы в игровой или киноиндустрии в роли художника по окружению/художника по ассетам;
- опыт моделинга, скульптинга, текстурирования ассетов, пропсов и персонажей/существ на основе концептов;
- навыки создания материалов для ландшафта, ассетов окружения и персонажей в Unreal Engine;
- отличное понимание физических камер, освещения, шейдинга и рендеринга в Movie Render Queue;
- продвинутые знания Maya/Houdini или аналогов;
- знание World Creator, Gaea и Zbrush;
- продвинутые знания Substance Painter/Substance Designer;
- владение навыками в области освещения, компоновки, секвенсерной анимации и создания Blueprint скриптов в Unreal Engine;
- опыт оптимизации ассетов и окружения для игр;
- понимание принципов работы с освещением, композингом и декорированием в Unreal Engine;
- понимание актуальных пайплайнов и принципов разработки игрового арта;
- стремление к командной работе, отличные коммуникативные и межличностные навыки.

✅ Будет плюсом:

- навыки риггинга в Maya или Houdini и понимание Control Rig в Unreal;
- знание CVar cmds для оптимизации окружения, устранения неполадок в работе сцены.
